Production, direction, design and media teams can use individual machines in one managed environment. We scope the device mix around applications, project dates, locations, power and connectivity.

Central oversight. Individual access.

The authorised owner, producer or project lead controls access through your organisation’s infrastructure. Each team member has an individual account and agreed permissions; everyone does not share one password.

Your infrastructure. Your data.

Servers, storage and backups are configured in accounts and infrastructure that you own and control. MacFreaks does not host or retain production files or confidential project data on its own systems.

Original Apple. Project support.

Rentals use genuine factory-built Apple Macs with documented configurations and condition. Warranty coverage, repair or replacement arrangements and 24/7 technical support during the booked project are set out in the booking.

Finish the project. Keep the work.

Your authorised team verifies files and backups at handover. Project accounts and data are then removed from rental devices before return. MacFreaks retains no project copies. Enquiry and booking records are separate from confidential production data.

Is this only for film productions?

No. The same approach can support events, agencies, contractors and other short-term project teams.

Can you provide 50 laptops?

A 50-laptop production is a setup we can scope. Confirm dates, configuration, location, availability and the support plan before booking.

Do you guarantee data security?

Security depends on the agreed architecture, access controls, backups and operating practices. We define these with your authorised team; no system should be described as risk-free.

Payment & business billing

UPI, net banking / bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards and cash.

For corporate billing through MacFreaks United, share your legal business name, billing address and GSTIN, if applicable, before the invoice is issued. Ask the team for the supplying entity’s GST registration details with your quotation.

Device availability, project scope, delivery, warranty and support arrangements are confirmed with the team before booking.
